Shipping Policy
Products are all handmade and/or hand-customized. I take pride in creating beautiful items that will last. This does take time. I strive to ship orders within 5 days of finalized proof, however, larger orders or orders made during busy seasons may take longer. I will inform you directly if an order is expected to take longer than 7 days to be fulfilled.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customized, personalized, or otherwise altered items can not be refunded unless they arrive damaged. Requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 5 business days of receiving damaged items.
